I had purchased a bunch of jilbabs and hijabs from Al Hannah, delivery was speedy! I live in California and they are in Connecticut, my order arrived in only 10 days!!! Well when I got them they were so pretty!! I only buy Islamic clothes from Al Hannah! The hijabs were so soft and comfortable!! The seams may become loose if you do not follow the gentle wash instructions on the label.

I am an online shopping queen, let me tell you. My very first jilbab came from alhannah.com. It was light weight, and it fit for the most part, but was semi sheer. One day while at a gathering I stood up and noticed the whole backside had split. How embarassing. I had been walking around the store, running errands, and now visiting sisters, and I could have had this split all day. I may have worn it three times, but after that I stayed away from alhannah.

I placed an order with this store, and half of the items I received were not things I had ordered. The rest were of very poor quality. When I tried to contact the customer service, they have never replied to me.

Assalamu Alaikum! I ordered some scarves from this company and they are beautiful! I'm very happy and impressed. Now about the abayas...the quality is quite poor and the sizing has been wrong the last 2 times. If it weren't for the abayas I'd give them an excellent rating hehe!

I like the selection but I'm afraid to order any more dresses from there because the quality is shabby. I mean I sew better than that and I'm lucky if I can sew on a button! Not to mention that I've gotten the wrong size 3 times now even after exchanging it. As far as service, it takes a while to get them to answer an email. I've stopped ordering from them.

I have ordered from them 4 or 5 times. It seems to be hit or miss. I often have problems with the colors of the hijabs not being as pictured; also they are often sold out of the most popular colors. Trying to correct the problem is a hassle too. Exchanges are not processed in a timely fashion and they even charged me shipping for my whole original order because the item I returned took me below the free shipping cutoff -- even though they sent me the wrong item to begin with. I was not even offered an exchange even though I had requested it. I have stopped trying to order anything from them.

I ordered a couple abayas, scarves, and salwar kameezes from them. The SKs are comfortable, but the descriptions at that time led me to believe that the sleeves were to the wrist, when in fact they are 3/4; now the website provides a measurement in inches. They were sewn without finishing, so the seams especially in the arm area undergo strain and I've had to repair them and zigzag the seams myself. Additionally, one of them is transparent, so unless a camisole is worn, the kameez is see-through, and the pants somewhat in bright light; obviously best confined to the home. Nonetheless it's one of the few online stores for readymade SK sets. The abayas were a bit odd; while better made than the SK, I never ended up wearing them very often. The store doesn't offer the latest trends, but rather some more "classic" coat-style jilbabs and other styles that perhaps appeal to older ladies rather than the most fashionable young ladies.

I have ordered from this website twice. The first time I ordered a handful of scarves, and they were exactly what I hoped they would be. Very happy with the quality and price. The second time, I had questions before I placed an order, but it took them two weeks to respond to my email. I was hesitant but went ahead with the order. Then it seemed the order was taking too long to arrive and I emailed them to ask when it was shipped. By the time they responded, the order had arrived. The order was all wrong. I had ordered what was labeled a 100% cotton scarf, but what arrived said 100% polyester on the label. The khimar was of extremely poor quality and came with a niqaab that wasn't mentioned on the website (I think they substituted something else for the khimar I was trying to order, to be honest.) I was so diappointed but given the impossibility of getting them to respond to email, I didn't even try to correct the order. I just won't order again.
