A BIG NO!!! FOR THIS AGENCY Salaam Alaykum Wa Rahmatullah Hi Wa Barakatu This was my third time (in 2007) to Hajj (alhamdolillah) but first time with family and first time with Barakah. No words to describe, the most disappointing experience. Right from landing in Madinah to arrival in Chicago - no proper coordination, mismanagement, not attending to Hujjaj grievances, arrogant, impatient, incompetent, inexperienced, unsympathetic, insensitive, materialistic, offensive and insulting Hujjaj (Mr. doctor's common words ... Don't make me repeat the same thing over and over again, don't make me angry otherwise I will insult you (not verbatim). Hence, I was scared asking him anything because he would literary insult. On the contrary, I give full marks and many thanks (Jazakumullah Khayran) to the Hujjaj who accompanied us during this pilgrimage and this appreciation extends to the wife of Mr. Doctor (organizer). They were very helpful and compassionate throughout the journey. At some point in time, some of the brothers (Hujjaj) took over the task/ responsibility of Mr. Doctor and helped others out. Wa Salaam
