hajj review bismillah hi rahman rahim All praise and thanks are due to allah the greatest and most mericiful for allowing me to be able to perform my pilgrimage to makkah and to visit the prophet in his city madina. The question asked me to provide a brief review of the services that Sara international Travel (my hajj trip facilitator) gave me. May allah have mercy on me if any thing i say is wrong or not correct. So my trip began in JFk where hamdulilah the flight was on time and the meals were actually halal so that was pretty amazing for me. We go into jeddah and the immigration (which i read online could take up to 12 hours) only took about 3 hours then we got on our busses for Makkah. Getting into the bus took about an hour because some people didnt listen but its ok. We got into makkah and boy! the hotel was amazing - i cant remember the name right now but its the tallest building there. So keys were given about an hour later and we proceeded. I took the 2 in a room package so i had another room mate. The rooms were amazing and the beds were queen size beds. Umrah was usual and the rest of the stay was usual. Food in makkah was unbelievable! soo many things to choose from in makkah. the hardest part was choosing what not to eat!! We then went to madina and the hotel name i cant remember so anyway - the hotel wasnt as great as in makkah but still very good. It was about 4 star plus i guess. the food was good and the rooms were clean and pretty good. Nothing to complain about here. The ziyareh in both makkah and madinah were simply put amazing and very understandable. One thing i advise is to memmorize your pilgrim id number becuase i lost mine and it was tough to get it back. We came back to azaziyah and were there for 2 days. In this we had two hajj seminars again and besically went through what and what not to do for the hajj. We got to see all the group leaders together and they all gave a speech. We went to mina 1am in the morning and basically mina was uneventful. We did group ziker and read quran. I really enjoyed my self on arafah when the imam gave perhaps the greatest dua of my life. muzdaliafia was an experience to remeber for ever! subhannalah. in general its hard to rate any hajj company but i give sara 5/5 becuase they fulfilled my needs and requirments from what i expected.
