1980s Butterick 3825 Sewing Pattern, Misses Size 14-18, Dress and Jumpsuit

This is an authentic (not a reprint or reproduction) Butterick 3825 pattern featuring a Misses’ dress and jumpsuit, dress below mid-calf or jumpsuit has dropped shoulders, loose-fitting blouson bodice, facings, stitched in place, elastic (seamed) waist, pockets and cap sleeves or above elbow sleeves. A: mid-thigh. B: above mid-knee. C: above ankle. D: tapered. All hems are stitched in place. E: slightly flared skirt. Purchased belt. This pattern is for vintage 1980’s size 14-16-18, with bust to 36-38-40 inches, waist to 28-30-32 inches, and hips to 38-40-42 inches. This pattern has been cut, and all pieces are included. It is complete with instructions and envelope. This pattern is not dated, but the style and pricing help date this to the 1980's. Sizing has changed over the decades. This shows size 38. The pattern shows size 38 with measurements as follows: Bust - 36-38-40 inches Waist - 28-30-32 inches Hips – 38-40-42 inches SUGGESTED FABRICS: Linen, Broadcloth, Denim, Stable Knits and Lt.wt. Pique. CONDITION: This pattern in good condition, with no odors or other issues. It is CUT and tissues are COMPLETE. Instructions are inside envelope. The contents are completely usable. Butterick pattern envelope has some damage, but it has been repaired, although the top part of the backside of the envelope is missing part of it (see photos). The envelope has some dings on the edges. Although the envelope shows wear, it is completely usable (repaired). It has slight age-related browning of paper.
