Bangle Bracelet, MONET Gold Tone, Diamond Cut Starburst Design, Vintage

This is an elegantly designed, quality crafted, bangle bracelet, created by MONET. It features intricately crafted beveled edges and starburst-cuts design around the middle of the bangle, in textured gold metal. The bracelet slips on over the hand and does not have any hinges or openings and is very solidly crafted in metal with no flexibility, so will not fit everyone. The bracelet around the inside is 7 ¼ inches in circumference, so please measure to make sure it will fit over your hand. It is signed inside the bracelet with the copyright symbol and MONET logo, followed by a “S,” (which may be for size small?). I purchased this bracelet as part of an estate from a woman who owned an antique store and was a collector of vintage jewelry, purses, collectibles and artwork for her entire life. Many of the items were NOS (new, old stock), or were rarely, if ever worn. This appears to be one of those items. I believe it was made in the 1960s - 1970s. Approximate measurements: • Bracelet: 7 ¼ inches inside circumference • Bracelet: 3/8 inches in width CONDITION: Excellent to very good vintage condition. It appears to have been rarely, if ever, worn. No issues to note. All the diamond cut decorative elements and beveled edges of the metal work remain lovely. This is a vintage item.
