Size Chart The "Small" size is best for ladies who have smaller head circumferences (you would know if this is you). It has a radius of just over 9.5 inches long. The "Medium" size is best for ladies who have average and some larger head circumferences. It has a radius of just about 10.5 inches long. The "Large" size is best for ladies who have larger head circumferences or who would like a slouchier look than the Medium offers. It has a radius of almost 11 inches long.
