Mate is rich in Antioxidants and Nutrients. It may boost energy and improve focus and enhance physical performance. Brewing Instruction: 1- Take 1 teaspoon of the tea per 8 oz water 2- Steep in Just boiled water, then allowed to cool 170-180 f for 3-5 min or longer depending on taste.
