Sedona Method: Living Love Seminar Complete Collection – Hale Dwoskin
Maximize the Power of Love
Unlock the Full Potential of Love.
Inspire genuine and lasting transformation.
Live each day guided by compassion and a deep sense of joy.
The Living Love video course, captured during a live retreat, reveals how embodying the love within you is enough to navigate any obstacle, heal any conflict, and embrace whatever life places before you both in your personal journey and in the broader world around you.
During the retreats, participants are reminded that everyone who shares their experience on stage serves as a reflection. As you watch, pay attention to how each person's story echoes something within your own life - and feel welcome to release alongside the three individuals featured.
Something as straightforward as recognizing the mirrors that life holds up to you can often bring just as much growth - if not more - than the releasing practice itself.

Core Philosophy Of Living Love
The central theme throughout both seminars was the idea that love is not something you acquire or receive - it is your fundamental nature, temporarily obscured by suppressed emotions and limiting beliefs.
The training focuses on dissolving the emotional and conceptual barriers to that state.
Key ideas include:
• Love as the background of consciousness
• Letting go of the need for approval, control, and security
• Releasing emotional contraction
Key Themes & Topics Covered
The Living Love course explores how being the love that you are is all that is required to meet any challenge, resolve any conflict, and face any situation in life. Participants were encouraged to see each person releasing on stage as a mirror - a reflection of their own life story - and to release
along with them:
1. The Fifth Way of Releasing
Hale described the Fifth Way as a method where, rather than asking the
classic releasing questions, participants look openly into what is being
experienced here and now — recognizing that the separate "me" with its story
of suffering isn't real, and that what is present is simply Beingness: the
presence-awareness and knowing emptiness that allows for all experiencing.
This approach was described as "cutting the head off your problem" — causing
not just momentary relief but the dissolution of huge chunks of attachment
to suffering.
2. Love as Beingness
Drawing from Lester Levenson's original insights, Lester had discovered that
the times in his life when he was happiest were when he was giving love, not
receiving it — and his process involved going over life events and replacing
feelings of wanting and dissatisfaction with feelings of love. The Living
Love seminars continued this lineage directly.
3. Relationships & Heart-Centered Living
A core teaching is that as you let go of wanting to change people and
situations, and allow yourself to love things as they are, it opens you to
the love that you are — described as a very powerful place from which to
effect change, either by taking positive action or by holding a positive
outcome for all involved.
4. Group Releasing & Live Demonstrations
A signature element of the Living Love retreats is live releasing on stage
with participants. Participants report experiences like feeling something
"unzip" from their energy field during group releases, and described the 2009
retreat sessions as enlightening and joyful.
5. Welcoming & Non-Resistance
Rather than suppressing or expressing difficult emotions, participants were
trained to simply welcome whatever arose. At its most basic, the Sedona
Method — as applied at these retreats — is about noticing whatever you are
feeling, fully allowing it, and then being willing to let it go.
6. The "Wants" Framework
Participants work with the three core "wants" underlying all emotional pain:
• The want for approval/love
• The want for control/security
• The want for survival/safety
The work involves releasing the need for each, rather than seeking to satisfy them externally.
