Wool Felt Hat, Designer B Michael, Ivory White Swirl, Vintage 1970s, NOS

This sophisticated hat created by B Michael, New York is so elegant and unique! It is superb in its quality, construction and detailing. It will bring panache and style to whatever outfit you wear it with. It is an ivory white felt hat, covered completely around the circumference of the hat with swirl design cut-outs with light blue underneath. The inside brim of the hat is the same light blue as the cut-out areas. The headband is ivory grosgrain ribbon. The fashionable creation would make a wonderful addition to your vintage hat collection. It is an amazing piece of wearable art. Inside the hatband is attached the maker’s mark tag which shows: B Michael, New York. It has never been worn, is New, Old Stock (NOS), and still has the store tags from Saks Fifth Avenue in the hat. I believe this hat is from either the 1970 or 1980s, based upon its style. It is a quality made designer hat. Measurement: I measured inside the hat at the headband and it measures 22 inches. Measures approximately 6 ¼ in height in the front and 5 ½ inches in height in the back. CONDITION: Very good vintage condition. Quality is excellent. It is clean and I see no damage.
